Hamleys of London | Head of International Development
Head of International Development at Hamleys of London Ltd., Helen joined in 2011 to expand Hamleys international format with key strategic partners.
Helen has specialized in Retail Franchising for over 25 years working with brands including House of Fraser, Clarks Shoes, The Body Shop, Nokia and Hamleys
Since joining, Hamleys has signed Franchise Partners for the key growth markets of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Russia, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Malaysia, Singapore, Lebanon, Egypt and Iraq.
Hamleys has now grown to over 30 franchised stores across Europe, Middle East, India, and S E Asia with ambitious plans to grow to over 200 stores by 2017.
Helen started as an Executive Trainee with House of Fraser, before moving to Clarks Shoes to run their K Shoes UK Franchise office. Helen then worked for The Body Shop for 16 years seeing the business grow from 50 stores to over 2500 globally. Helen has worked in roles in retail operations, franchising, support office and store development.
Latterly, Helen spent three years with Nokia Retail as Head of Global Partner Development responsible for creating the Partner Selection Process and recruitment of Franchise Partners in Turkey, Europe, Russia, India, South East Asia, China and South America.
Hamleys will open its first store in Istanbul in Spring 2014 with a strong growth plan for Turkey over the next 5 years.

Republic of Turkey Prime Ministry Investment Support and Promotion Agency | Head of Department
Arda Ermut was born in 1980, graduated from Bogazici University, Political Sciences and International Relations department in 2004 and completed the MA courses of the same department in 2005.
He worked for H.E. Prime Minister of Turkey, between the years 2005 and 2007, as a "Media and PR Consultant" at Istanbul Dolmabahce Office of the Prime Ministry.
Since 2007, he is working for the Investment Support and Promotion Agency of Turkey (ISPAT). He was the head of the team in charge of Gulf, Middle Eastern and Arabic speaking countries and also leaded the team in charge of India. He has been Chief Project Director and Advisor to the President in 2010. Currently as a VP he leads the Public-Private Partnership Department. He speaks English and Turkish.

Meral Kaneti Molinas was born in 1963 in Istanbul and graduated from Robert College,and then from Bogazici University, Department of Industrial Engineerining in 1984 . She started her career at Profilo Telra in 1986 and she completed the International Management Program at the Istanbul University same year. She started Profilo as an industrial engineer, served in various positions for 23 years. During the company's expansion and the relocation of the factory, she established the integrated supply chain system. In addition , she served as Director of Budget, Planning and Control Department and the Management Information Systems Departments, reporting to the General Manager and Board of Directors.

After her career at Profilo ended in 2007, Ms. Molinas was appointed and is currently serving as Real Estate Project Coordinator at Dogu Bati A.S .She has also served as a Board member at Akdunya Egitim A.S.,the franchisee of Kidzania Turkey since 2009. Ms. Molinas is married with two children and is fluent in English, in French and some Spanish.

About Akdünya Eğitim Eğlence Sanat Yatırımları ve Dış Ticaret Anonim şirketi:

Akdunya is the main franchisee for Kidzania Mexico in Turkey. The share holders of Akdunya are Dogu Batı and Akkok Groups. The first Kidzania in Turkey will be opened in Akasya Acıbadem New Generation Life Complex in January 2014 . The city of children will have 9400 m2 GLA with about 60 activities for children from 4 to 14 years of age.

Hulusi Belgü completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Istanbul University in 1988 before enrolling in the MBA program at State University of San Diego in the US. Having received his MBA in 1990, Belgü had long started his professional career while attending college, in the national and international transportation sector.
He served at senior management capacity at various companies such as Çukurova Nakliyat, Ekpar Uluslararası İnşaat ve Taahüt A.Ş., Ektrans Uluslararası Nakliyat ve Ticaret A.Ş, Ekinciler Uluslararası Ticaret during this time. Belgü then moved over to the travel sector with Etur Turizm, before serving in the metal trading business with Uluslararası Demir Ticaret A.Ş. Achieving notable succes both in the national as well as the international business world, Belgü furthered his accomplishments he made in the real estate sector with Safir Gayrimenkul later at Multi Development Türkiye.
Hulusi Belgü has since 2010 held the CEO position at Multi Development Türkiye, an affiliate of the Netherlands based Multi Corporation in Turkey, developing and managing the entire spectrum of Forum Shopping Centers in the country. He is married with three children.

AYD/TCSC Is the representative of the Turkish shopping center industry. In December 2008, the Turkish Council of Shopping Centers (AYD) was created by 16 founding members with the purpose of supporting the Turkish retail industry through the difficult times brought about by the global financial crisis.
