Panel Agora Gateways to New Territories
This session focuses on the successful strategies employed by those North American retailers and developers who managed to not only survive but thrive during the on-going “Great Recession”. The panel is chaired by an international retail planner and the three North American panelists include a national retail consultant, a major retail developer and a retail legal specialist. The panel will commence with an overview of successful North American retail projects from a consultant’s perspective, move to specific successful examples as experienced in their portfolio by a major retail developer and then conclude with the legal strategies utilised to ensure success.
Each panelist will discuss specific “real life” cases illustrated by photographs of each of their examples. In the question & answer period the moderator will utilise his international experience to relate the North American examples to the questions from those areas of the world represented by the audience.
