With more than 15 years of experience in different industries including FMCG, home appliance and fashion retail Igor Kruglik has a deep knowledge of Russian consumers' behavior insight, expertise in distribution and channel of trade development. He has proven achievements in management of companies KPIs, new brands and products launch on the Russian market.
Igor started his career in L'Oreal Russia in 1996 in sales department as regional manager. Later he was responsible for export sales and business development in Danone. He continues his career as Commercial manager Russia and CIS countries in Groupe SEB ( Tefal, Moulinex) , General Manager in Georgia Pacific ( tissue brand LOTUS) .
In 2011 he joined DBApparel as General Manager for brand DIM in Russia ( OOO "DIM Rus") with main objectives to double the DIM business in Russia in 3 years with main focus on retail development.
