Jérôme Le Grelle, graduate of the Institute of Political Sciences of Paris ("Sciences Po"), has a rare experience of careers in commercial real estate. He has been confronted with issues of development, management and valuation of commercial real estate assets, both as a user and as an investor.
He began his career in developers' organizations and held various positions in the set-up and development of real estate projects (Bouygues, Kaufman & Broad, Financière Rive Gauche).
In 1997, he joined SEPHORA for the development of the network throughout Europe, and then became responsible for the Real Estate Department of LVMH.
In 2002, he was named President of the French subsidiary of Rodamco Europe, a real estate company specialized in commercial assets, until its merger with Unibail.
After a passage as COO of Carrefour Property, which he set up, he has created his own organization with Convergences-CVL, a consulting firm specialized in retail real estate and town planning of retail properties.
Convergences-CVL is an operational consulting firm, entirely specialized in retail real estate and town planning of retail properties.
Convergences-CVL brings together all the expertises necessary for the development and the definition of development strategies and their operational implementation.
CONVERGENCES is thus able to advise its customers on how to capture the financial and commercial value that is created at each stage of the life of an asset, from its creation to its management.
Convergences' organization includes all skills related to research and studies, design, conception and development of retail projects, marketing, property management and asset management.
Convergences can therefore assist all the stakeholders who face the various questions of retail real estate, including local authorities, investors, developers and retailers.
Convergences-CVL covers all types of projects and works mainly in France, Europe and North Africa.
